1 ½ cups of fresh or frozen strawberries (packed with vitamin C, antioxidants and fiber)
1 ripe banana (a natural sweetener that’s loaded with potassium and energy-boosting carbs)
1 cup of milk (any milk of your choice)
½ cup Greek yogurt (adds creaminess while high in protein, probiotics and calcium)
1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
A handful of ice cubes (if you prefer it extra frosty) Wash the strawberries well and half them. Peel and slice the banana into smaller pieces. Add all ingredients (but keep a strawberry for garnish) to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour it in your favourite glass, garnish with a fresh strawberry and enjoy!
